What we collect
When you run a contract audit we collect your name, email, phone number, and the contract file you upload. That is the whole list. We do not run a credit pull and we do not ask for financials.
How your contract is used
Your contract is used only to prepare your audit and the human follow-up on it. It is stored privately, is never shared with third parties, and is never shown to other visitors. The audit report you see never names your current factoring company.
AI-assisted review
An AI system assists the first pass of your audit: it reads the document and extracts the terms, and our own software computes the numbers. Uploaded documents are processed through the Anthropic API under its standard commercial terms; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. A human reviews the findings before anything is confirmed to you.
Retention
Uploaded contracts and audit records are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically, unless we are actively working on a placement for you. Want it gone sooner? Ask, and we delete it on request.
How we contact you
We contact you about your audit using the details you submitted, only with the consent you gave on the form. Reply or ask at any time to stop hearing from us.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the contact details in the footer. Deletion requests are honored, no questions asked.
